Address Verification Is Required
Credit Card transactions require address verification. Your billing address must match credit card account. This is to insure that the person placing the order and the holder of the credit card account are one in the same. Credit card sales can be declined because of address verification not being valid. This is for the protection of the credit card holder and the merchant. This verification is done by the credit card banking system when authorization is obtained for your charge.
Basic Confidentiality
It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, are private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is only used for order processing and is stored in a secure location. Orders are transfered electronically to a "paper copy" for processing.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties except to the bank and credit card company for the purpose of processing your purchase request. Banks are now requiring address verification information to verify legitimate use. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties period.
Delivery Policy
- During the pre-publication sale - a monthly email will be sent to each buyer, informing them of the book completion estimated date.
- The pre-publication buyer will receive an email when the book has been delivered for shipping.
- Once the book is delivered - the pre-publication buyers will have first priority and the book will be sent out immediately. If you have not received you book within 15 days, please contact us.
- Once the book is in stock - Shipment of the book will be within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the order.
- Means of shipment will be standard U.S Post Office, unless otherwise specified.
